air pump delete

Will removing the air pump cause an EGR code?
Anyone come across this before?
This is on a 95 gt not my roush.

Possibly depending on what they did when they removed the smog pump.

details!!!!!!!!!!!!! this does not help. pump removed and now an EGR code????? Is this common or just a random code that needs to be addressed?

get an egr plate and an egr simulator off ebay and call it a day.

The two are unrelated so the answer is no. If you remove the EGR valve you might get a code but an EGR eliminator simulator from ebay can fix that.

My smog pump is removed and all lines tapped, and I don't have a code.

Thanks guys I didn't figure it would cause a code but was curious, I will pull the EGR and check it out, just wanted to check with you all.
