Flat Lifter

Whats up guys, I have a 347 Stroker in my 1995 GT Convertible and I had on of my hydraulic lifters go flat and I was wondering if it will pump up all on its own or if I need to replace it?

To awnser your question, they are new and I think that they will be more than 65 bucks, because they are hydraulic roller. They have about 1000 miles on them but the motor sat for about a year.

Thanks for all of the help guys, but I turns out that it had stock pushrods in it and the valve springs on Trickflow Twisted Wedge Heads did quite a number on them.
