No it is not over rated. On a 9.5:1 306 with this kit using the following items it made the 360 HP with out a problem. 70mm TB 24lb. injectors 190 lph pump 75mm mass air meter 10 degrees base timing and a good tune |

I've got a question, too. I've seen the track heat and all, but I also saw an FRPP kit with the gt40 stuff and it comes with a full gasket set and stuff. Would it be better to buy that, since I'm going to rebuild the motor in about 20,000 miles anyway?

oh...lol. thanks!
When my engine hits 150k (at 127xxx now) I'm going to have a family friend tear it down and rebuild it. His name is Rick Kirk, and he used to build some mean Ford motors back in the day. Do you think with the Trick Flow kit, Cervini ram-air kit, bbk throttle body, and Magnaflow exhaust I could it the 360-400 bhp range? |

I ran a 306 with the track heat setup in my'95 ( this is before I added the 347 Stroker )
30lb injectors 75mm MAF 70mm TB 255lph 10 base timing 150 DRY NOS KIT DYNO tuned Chip ( this is where you get the serious power ) Achieved 433 HP and 490 ft-lbs of torque At the rear Tires !! Did destroy the stock 5 speed, so I put a TKO-500 trans in it. So I say add the Dry NOS kit !!

Those numbers were on the juice? If not I have to call BS. The TFS track heat kit will put down around 300-325RWHP in NA form.
