fuel rails

what do i need to put aftermarket fuel rails on? or can i use all the other stock stuff and just the new rails themselves

I know with the trick flow kit and im pretty sure aeromotives kit is the same.

They use the quick disconnects right there at the valve covers on the feed and return lineshttp://static.summitracing.com/global/images/instructions/tfs-51580001.pdf

JFYI 94-95 stock rails are good for 500-600hp.

yea i know im nowhere close to maxing them out..but my rail is stripped out and i figured since im gonna replace it, y not with better ones..but im gonna check out the junk yard first tomorrow and see if i can find any that are somwhat clean
