Help !!! I am out of Ideas

hey guys i have a 94 GT with about 185 or so on the clock. I have been having a strange problem. My car just won't run like it used to. What i am refering to is that i feel as if its hitting a wall and trying to push through and it just won't. This all started happening when i put the stock Cats back on. i almost feel its a fuel issue cause when i dropped some 93 in the tank it woke up. but now it has been doing this on and off for about 2 months. I cleaned the MAF and put a new IAC on since i had a spare one. I bought some of that Engine Restore and got a new fuel filter waiting to be put on. The only thing i can tell it might be is a horribly clogged cats or a terribly clogged fuel filter. you can tell she just wants to just open up it just can't break through that wall any ideas or thoughts that i haven't mentioned??? Thanks for the help guys.

I would take the cats back off...
or get some new high flow ones. you may also be just missing the extra HP and torque that came with not having them.

Ya cats are south, drop and clean the gas tank as well it may have a fuel screen around the pick up that is gubbed up.
