tom2000r Enthusiast Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: ohio Posts: 753	I like all American cars,,I have raced fords,chevys,pontiacs,olds,buicks,and mo pars....this 540 out of my gto that I sold, and bought tube chassis fox which is 450 pounds lighter ...gto ran 560s in 1/8...119 60 ft.low 9s in 1/4...looking to go 8s in the fox...here's a pic of gto ...one of my favorite cars is 69 amx.and I never own one......everything in this 540 is aftermarket..block,heads,all internals Attached Thumbnails

question why do most racers use power glides,,or turbo400s behind serious ford motors..
