It all depends on how much you wanna spend. If you're on a budget I suggest finding a set of used heads in like new condition(guys change their combo all the time) a used intake(my vote would be for the TFS track heat or holley systemax) and a new cam. The Trick flow top end kit would probably get you into the mid to high 12's if you know how to drive.

If you do buy a top end kit (Trick Flow would also be my favorite) you will need the following supporting mods:

1. Larger injectors (24lb/hr if N/A 302, 30lb/hr if N/A stroker).
2. High-flow fuel pump (190lph if N/A 302, 255lph if N/A stroker).
3. Programmeable EEC-IV engine computer (Tweecer RT or AFM PMS).
4. Higher stall torque converter (~3000rpm) if you have an automatic.
5. Steeper rear end gear (3.73 if manual, 4.10 if automatic).

If you can drive it and have some sticky tires, then yes you will.
