if its not working listen for the window motor, if you hear it buzzing when you go to use the window its most likely good. if its not that its a window regulator, usually just makes a dec loud click/clunk sound and doesnt go anywhere, sometimes you need to just need to tighten the rails the windows are on.

The power windows in the 94-95 mustangs have a tendency to go out because of the rubber bushings. Do you hear the motor moving still? If that's the case, and it's not off track, then you have to take the motor out, take off the cover, and replace the rubber bushings. Here's a better article: http://www.sn95forums.com/forum/index.php?topic=19275.0

that usually means the motor is either not working or blown. Listen real careful. Go over to the passenger side and hit the button and pit your ear by the panel. Or take the panel off and listen. I'd def check the fuses first. I dint know what one it is but just pull each one out one by one. Check to see if there blown. If they are the metal connection will be separated. Check burt by the pedals and the box under the hood. If there alright its most likely the motor
