Engine shakes
my car is shaking bad when im in park and and has a bad acceleration and cuts a lil when going up hills

Sounds like an ignition related misfire. What exactly is causing it will take some time. If it hasn't had a tune up in a while then I would start there.

seafoam the sh!t out of it, its a good start. i had the same problem on my 96 and seafoam worked wonders

i'd say that honestly it's something to do with the plugs especially if the idle seems to smooth out if ya bring it up just a little bit. But then again sometimes these things are hard to diagnose over the internet

does the engine run better when you give it WOT? if it stays rough or bogs when you are wide open, then its probably your MAF...

More than likely it's the stator inside your dizzy, they crap out on our cars if there's 80k+ miles on it. What kind of shape is your balancer in? If there's rubber coming out of it, time to replace it. Point being, if you end up replacing the dizzy you'll never get an accurate timing reading with a bad balancer.
