Spending...?

If im looking to find a 94-5 5.0 in relatively decent condition, and i wanna spend no more then $5,000.00, what should I be looking for about in miles, in my mind I'm saying I wont consider much more than 130k... could i find one in my price range for less?

For $5000 you should find a 94-95 model in a clean, excellent condition with less than 100k miles on it. It's probably better if you look for one that's not been radically modified from stock 'cause you could end up buying problems if the mods were not well-chosen or poorly-installed.

Yepp I know that, I'm not even 100% sure I'll do the 94/5 it all depends on whats for sale, I do like the Fox Hatches. Here's my criteria:

A: 94-5/ Fox Hatch
B: 5.0
C: Sound condition
D: No, or light mods only
E: No more than 130k miles
F: Want to spend 3-3.5k
G: Will go up to 5k for >100k miles

It's harder to find a Fox in very good condition because of the age, the Fox chassis flexes a lot more than the SN95's, and the Fox brakes are not as good as those of the SN95. In any case, the '94-'95 5.0 SN95 has a unique place in Mustang history as the "red-headed stepchild" that some may find more appealing.

Yeah, I wont rule anything out, because I do really like them both, so it all really depends on whats on the market, If I find a good condition Fox with what I want before the SN95, thats the way I'll probably go, and vis-versa.
