What cam are you guys running?
Trying to decide which cam to go with. Post up the cam you have, and some hp #'s please

a cam swap is useless unless you do heads and intake with it. the stock gt cam is pretty good. i know some people who have just swapped their cam out, and have actually lost power. what other mods do you have? or what do you plan on doing with the cam?

Mine is basic bolt-ons (CAI, MAF, TB, LT headers, midpipe, mufflers, crank pulley) with DIY-ported factory heads/intake (1/2" U/L intake spacer) and stock cam. I went for low/medium rpm torque and have 228rwhp @ 5000rpm and 276rwtq @ 3900rpm with a power-sapping auto tranny.

id say go with a b303 anything mores gona be too much if youve got a stock torque converter itll give alittle bump at idle

If your keeping your current configuration of mods then go custom. If not, any off the shelf stuff works just fine. With you combo I'd say something like a TFS1, E303, or one of the off the shelf crane cams for 5.0s. How ported are the heads?
