i hope you got a lot of cubes, or some type of forced induction if you're running a 90mm MAF.
as far as your question goes... I know here locally we have a speed shop that sells rubber hoses with step up, and step down sizes. depending on what you need... i would say check your local speed shops.

You're fine with the LMAF. I've never heard of hooking one up to a C&L though. You might want to look into an Anderson ford motorsports N/A powerpipe. Are you putting the MAF in the fenderwell?

To the rest of you, the LMAF isn't too big and he doesn't need alot of cubes or forced induction. It can be tuned to use with 30, 36, 42, etc injectors and is by far the cheapest MAF on the market @ only 90 bucks.

LMAF = Lightning MAF

The Anderson Ford Motorsports N/A Powerpipe flamedstang95 is referring to places the MAF in the fenderwell allowing for cooler air to be pulled into the motor rather than having the MAF pull air from inside the engine bay.

What are you currently using to connect your MAF to the throttle body? The easiest thing to do in your case is get a coupler that reduces from the size of the MAF to the size of the intake pipe you're using.

all he means by LMAF is 'lightning mass air flow"

and i'm not sure (correct me if i'm wrong), but i think he's asking whether you are mounting the actual MAF unit in the fenderwell or not. he might also just mean a fenderwell cold air kit, where the filter goes into the fender sucking in cooler air than the kits that have the filter in the actual engine bay.

thanks guys for helping out. it all makes sense now. i think i might try to put the LMAF on the C&L. if that doesnt work i will probable just start over and go with the anderson.

If you're looking for couplers then check out Intake Hoses, IntakeTubing, and Intake Clamps or go to your local Home Depot/Lowes, I'm sure they'll have something.

You guys were both right, I meant that putting the LMAF in the fenderwell with the filter hooked to it. It will keep things much cooler.
