In need of an opinion

Hello everyone! I got a 94 GT, 5.0, and I am replacing my timing cover gasket, and I was just wondering if I should replace my timing chain while I'm in there. The car is just about to hit 100k, and I just thought it may be worth it to do it now and get it out of the way. And also if I should replace it, how difficult is it to replace?

Thanks!

I just don't know if thats one of those parts that should be replaced every XXX amount of miles, or if those chains last longer than 100k+.

if you crack it open, you might as well replace it... save time and money later on down the road.

be sure to replace the front seal while you've got it off too. If you're still running the stock water pump you may want to consider replacing that too. You can get brand new motorcraft W/P's from summit for around 50 bucks.
