94 GT Tune

Ok so could say this is a very luck story i guess. i was installing a sub in my car a month ago with my friend and we were grounding the amp under the floor in the trunk and next to the spare tire we found a ecu chip for my car. Now i am new to the whole modding and car thing im only 18 so i dont know much about this stuff and all my friends drive honda's no muscle mixed in there but me so dont know anyone that knows about mustangs. So anyways the chip says on the side " 9475-A 302 HO Man 1994 Mustang E.0" " Performance Module by ADS Super Chip" We plugged it up since it fits right into the ecu connection and really didnt notice a difference in the performance. But my question's are how do i know if it is tuned? How much does a piece of equipment like this cost? Where is a good place to get a tune around the Maryland area? and What exactly would this do for my car?

Thanks for reading any comments or answers are appreciated
o and my mods for the car are k&n filtercharger, GT40p heads, mild cam (seller didnt know what type of cam), Mac shorty headers, O/R xpipe, super 40 mufflers, 5.0 Shifter and stage 2 clutch, and egr blocked off. I bought the car with all this done to it

an off the shelf chip like that probably only added 5-10 hp , enough to help , but not so much that it will make a night and day difference , a chip custom made for your mods would add probably 15-20hp
