I think the 08 is gonna get you. Although it is a CS which means it has added smog shit if im not mistaken. But it has more hp stock. I think it depends on if hes an auto and ur a stick and vice versa. Alot of variables. But i would favor the newer GT...

A stock CS will do mid/high 13's with a good driver so that gives you an idea of what you're up against.

the cobra is gt40 heads and intakes which is a good budget build. but as far as the explorer stuff you need to check and see if it will work on the sn95's I believe so if you get the intake elbow or whatever its called...they had gt40 and gt40p heads and I believe the p is the better of the 2 someone else who knows more about that could answer better. I went the trickflow route on mine..had the gt40 setup on my 92 lx and it ran pretty good though...make sure when you do it you find a good tuner that knows the sn95's and how to tune them cause our computers dont respond well to upgrades and you will definately want to get it tuned afterwards

nope not at all read my post I said i find it hard to believe....just cause on drag radials....now maybe when they are cold or on the street....but on the track ryans has a video of his mustang 515 HP launching at like 4000 and hooks hard

on the street..and i think when i saw that...i was in the car with him driving..it was about this time last year.
