my vote is for the JLT as well. do a search and look at the difference in power curves for both products. i am very confident in saying that the JLT will give you more bang for your buck.

Anyone have thoughts on BBK vs JLT ?? I'm kind of looking at a BBK plenium with BBK 70 or 75 mm throttle body and BBK CAI. Would like serious thoughts on it. Many thanks..........................

i dunno if you bought it or not yet, too lazy to read the whole thread. But, my opinion, don't go ram air, unless you are looking for something cool to look at under your hood like a big chrome tube. Otherwise K&N FIPK ftw.

the jlt isn't chrome, so he's still not cool. lol... you got the ram air kit, not the true cold air kit, right? if so, you don't have to worry about sucking up water. unless you plan on driving through water that is up to your hood. if you had the true cold air kit, then i would say yes, you have to worry a little. you're fine with the ram air kit. let us know how it goes.

jlt cold air or march ram air kit with k&n
I am thinking of also finding a pipe to replace the rubber one and ceramic coating it at work to keep heat away and get a beter flow with the ram air kit from march performance should I do it or keep the regular rubber tube that goes to the trottle???

when i added my JLT i also added an accufab 75mm plenum and 75 mm throttle body a 80mm MAF and 39 pound injectors and of course a tune.
yea.. i noticed a little differance as for the sucking up water thing. i got the true cold air kit where the filter sits in the fender. it is protected by the black weather stripping and i live in san diego... like we get ANY rain her. lol
