msd ignition on 98 gt

I was looking at adding msd ignition coil packs to my 98 gt. I was wonderin if anyone on the forum has performed this modification on their own cars and what if any power gains i would see.

i felt no gains with it, also ive seen the factory coil packs on cars with almost 1000 horse and they have had no problem with the stockers. I'd save your money for something else

your not going to see any gains with it..... usually the only people that see any difference are high hp distributer cars.

I put on my dads cobra. because his packs were faulty. no gains really.

i installed screaming demon coil packs and livewires on mine. 98 GT because my packs were bad. And yes they do go bad quit often. I race my car wed and fri's i picked up .2 in the 1/4. Quite nice.
