Power window help

I Just bought a 1994 Gt and the driver side power window wont go up or down, I thought it would be the switch or the motor, so I swapped switches around on drivers side and passager side and still didnt work took motor out and plugged it in passenger side and it worked, passenger side window works from drivers controls and door locks work as well. I checked motor wires from switch with a test light push up light comes on push down no light, I did find a five prong wire harness in the door that connects to nothing and I did check these wires and two of them are for window and both light up when I use switch, could this be where some type of relay plugs into anybody know.

im have the same problem but i have some pinched wires inbetween the door and the body of the car, check there. also use a volt meter to see if you have power to the switch.

does that 5 prong harness lead to the back wide of the door? i have it do. its plugged in but i have no idea what it leads to.

I got it the relay was on back of the door panel and for some reason it was unplugged. Wish I would have found that sooner.
