how much can the forged steel crank handle?... hp/tq?

it'll be a little more aroung 820 to the crank..
and about 800 to the f-wheel!

yea it will hold a crap ton. no need to bother going forged unless your pushing over 1000+ hp

well it is the forged steel crank so... sounds like a winner ... saves me a crap load....now to just get this one checked out.... the motor only had 55k miles on it but im being really cautious got the block checked and everything too

Im doing 600+ on 15psi. turned it up at the track to 17psi spiking 19-20psi. I still have the stock CAST crank in mine. As long as it isn't being grunted and dogged at the track and pushed hard...you will be fine. ON the street, that HP level a cast crank would work. Im proof...

I don't.

Just that the street is easier on parts cause it isn't dead hooking and lugging the motor down low. There is much less stress on parts in the upper RPM range than off the line digging and hooking...
