Wanting to do pi cams

I want to put pi cams in my none pi heads. I was thinking i might as well get some new cams and if i am going to do that would it be a good idea to get something above stock? I would like to do a turbo or two down the road but need to get everything else up to the task first. I would like a cam that would have some balls to it but still be able to drive it this is my dd. I am doing a pi intake and coils wires at the same time.

+1, like i stated in the other post, go PI heads if you want more aggressive cams, otherwise just stick with the PI cams

Yea, otherwise you will have to run super low boost on the turbo or S/c

n/a means naturally aspirated.

if you want cams, and plan on running boost later, get blower cams.

so untrue

u can run up to 12-14 lbs of boost with a great tune and not have any issues....... 12lbs of boost is good for 100rwhp if u have the full pi swap done.

personally, i don't use the heads because i mod my car on a budget, and the cam offer was pmed to me and i it was an impulse buy that i do not regret.

u can find pi cams all over the place if u look hard enough..... throw up a listing in engine section, pay attention to who's putting cams in and see if they want to sell u urs.

i think i paid like 120 shipped for mine, 18 months ago.

So wouldn't it be worth it to drop a little more money and go with a stage 2 cam over stock on the non pi heads?
