Coolant Temp Sensors make me mad

I swear i've changed the gauge sensor and the computer sensor with so many diff after market ones and still not correct.

My car shows needle at the R of normal but yet under the hood i start gettin light smoke before finally the needle goes to m and the fan kicks on and drops it down to O.

Obviously its off by a bit of degrees, so im just gonna go get new sensors from ford.

i've replaced both of mine twice and the gauge doesn't work, but im getting voltage from the connector. but still pulling a "low circuit" code.
