will they pass california emissions testing? also, how do they SOUND?

I dont think they are supposed to pass. I think they have to be the stock cats but i have never had my car tested for emissions out there.

I don't know about California emissions, but I have BBK high flow cats and they passed Houston Emissions. As for sound, I have flowmaster mufflers and it is a little louder than stock. I've been told it sounds good. Personally it is a little too quite for me.

California emmisions are REALLY strict so I doubt it, but hopefully someone from CA will chime in here
