So What im looking for is a Bellhousing for a Modular motor, that allows you to run a C4 Ford or a TH350,TH400 Chevy Automatic Transmission

Here is an example:

Ill have all the money for the parts but not the tranny its self.What a Joke.

not as easy or cheap as your making it out to be (the th400 swap) do youself a favor & stick with the 4r70w. much, much, eaiser & cheaper.

Everyone i talk to localy tells me its not worth it and they will break Over and over.But i did to talk to a guy last night that has a mach with a built 4r70w with 800-1200 invested and it is Strong enuff to with handle the built F1 Blown 4v

the people your talking to locally obviously dont know what there talking about (maybie their thinking of a regular aod ?) your car is not capable of breaking a 4r70w ( as long as it's not a piece of shit trans to begin with). do they have their limits,? , of course they do, but what part doesn't? best way to figure IMO is 9.0 & up you cant break a good 4r70w (hp is too hard to figure as most hp # are BS any way). your from fla. go to bradenton nmra & see what guy's are running & go from there ( & be realistic, your not running 7's so what those guy's are doing is irrelivent, look for middle of the road cars & see what their doing)

nothing wrong with a c-4 either but if you want to drive on the street sometime's (depending on combo) you'll run into issues with gearing.

I Might be Getting a 4r70w tomorow. Check it out last week and there are a few nice canidates at the JY With a Good Tranny But might consider Mark 8 Wireing setup since im already running 24# injectors and a MArk 8 MAF
As Long as there is still a good condition Mark or Crown Vic i might come home with a 4r70w.

A few years ago I was thinking on installing an ls1 to maje make ride alot faster since that is a cheap a very strong engine, but I'd never put a 400 tranny on the back of the modular engine, that is supposed to be a fast and good gas mileage engine, I think your tranny can handle alot more power than what you have now, and if you break it in the future just make it stronger and better.
