no it will not bolt up to the trans, v-6 & modular v-8's have diffrent bellhousing bolt paterns. tons of other diffrences too (wiring, computer, fuel line's/pump, plus a ton of other stuff), just put a v-6 back in or be ready for a prodject.

im talking about the v6. i know that the v8 wont bolt right in but im talking about a 2000 v6 3.8
i figure its the same bellhousing pattern bc the 96 had a 3.8 to.

kinda missed that just figured you were talking about a v-8 since this is in the v-8 section not the v-6 section. might find more info on v-6 to v-6 over there.

If your going to go through the trouble of going with a V6 you should just do the V8...

I did the 00 Split port motor Swap to my First Sn95,Not To Hard to do Just not worth it to me.

sorry, i know this is gonna sound dumb but whats a split port motor? is that why the like later v6's had more power than the ones in the early sn95s? i remember that they had like 150hp or something b4 then later had like 200? or something?

Yup that's why they have more power, and the 99-03 had 190hp and the 04 193hp...
