follow all wiring from the connector on the coil to the ecm i searched on f-150 forum and this was usualy caused by broken wires of the wires running close to something with an electro magnetic field that disrupted the ignition signal

follow the wires first its cheaper ;> then do plugs on that side

Well, could not find anything in the wiring. Changed the plugs and the car runs almost normal. When I put the car in drive it dies a couple times before it holds idle. sounds funny when decelerating kinda like it has more backpressure than used to.

I also have a couple new codes, P0141 and P0161. Believe these are O2 codes but should I have these after I installed the Sims from american muscle? Do the O2's on the downstream have to be good for these to work? I did not change them, just installed the sims.
