96 Gt Cam Swap
Hi everybody we just istalled 270ah cams & pi heads. Now its seems to skip from 1500 to 3000 24lb injectors & sct tuner. need help

did the cams have to be degreed at all...;> most cams in these cars arent just plug and play friendly

hmmm then no idea unless during dis/re assembly something got knocked loose clean MAF check O2 voltage with a scanner and such i guess

Your going to need a custom tune at this point. The stock computer can only adjust for stock PI heads and cams. Aftermarket cams like those with the heads are going to need a tune to run and idle right. Not a canned tuned meant for the stock heads and cams.

i have aftermarket cams in my pi swapped car and no tune YET (hardley gets driven) all i had to do was adjust the throttle body to get it to idle perfectly. the stock computer doesnt open up enough to compensate fro the huge increase in air
