king cobra clutch throw out bearing?

I am about to install my king cobra clutch and I realized that the throw out bearing that comes with it was not in the box. Can I use a regular after market thow-out bearing or do I have to use a ford racing heavy duty throw out bearing?

I have a SPEC Stage 3+ Clutch and used their throwout bearing. Most people recommend just using a Ford OEM one though - so do that.
