Sure its not a clatter ping? That could be due to the new wires and coil packs, try premium fuel and see if it stops, you may need to get a tune and retard the spark a little.

+1 Could be pinging but if its pinging that bad Everytime you hit the gas your going to have issues.

Are you running premium?

+1 run premium. if you run 89 i know for a fact you will get a tick, if you run 87 it will get worse.

What rpm range is it? or is it the whole band? and is it worse at a certain amount of throttle? cuz i had the same problem at half throttle.
