OTC 7928
OTC Tools 7928 - OTC Ford Valve Spring Compressors – SummitRacing.com You can prob get it cheaper some place it. But this is what you need. If the heads are off the motor, any machine shop can do it and it will be way faster and probably cheaper than buying the tool if you only plan on doing it once.

IDk if they do or not. Never Checked there. They sell some generic ones that don't work...but I have never seen the OTC tools there.

Heres what i did. i used the compressor that you can rent from advance auto parts that looks like a C clamp. Since its not made to go deep enough into the head i took a deepwell socket and cut a 1inch wide/tall slit in it, starting from the open end, so i could slide a magnet through to remove the keepers. it was basically my extention!
