Any kinda oil is good. I used mobil one, 10w30. Youre Gt takes 6 qt's and i know the for part number because i use ford parts only. its a FL-820S. Good air filter is a stock replacement. You can go with a K&N if you would like but its much more. Get a CAI if youre looking for performance.
