So I went 145 in the Cobra the other night.. next day, I turn it on and the ABS light is on. I take it in to see what the problem is -- turns out I fried the ABS box from going so fast apparently, and Ford no longer makes the box for that.

Anybody else ever experienced a problem like this before? And how'd you get it fixed? People have suggested just going to a junkyard and ripping one out of another old Cobra.. but how many Cobras will be in a junkyard? How many Mustangs at all, for that matter?

Can you get me the part number i think i may have an extra one in my basement. Let me know, because it doesnt sound like the reason why that went bad. What kinda code did you get?

I dont believe it. Something else is wrong. Loads of people do 150+ without issues with the ABS.

... well, I doubt the ABS was fried from speed alone, might of been another underlying issue. True a restoration site, I DOUBT you will find a cobra in the junkyard.
