personally i doubt it, maybe on extreme setups but on the average car, probably not

il sell you mine, i put it on my car and then took it off a few minutes later cause i thought my tb gasket was bad (it wasnt) and just never put it back on. $20 dollars shipped.
 i dont know if it does anything, but it does make your engine look much bigger.
