Everyone Read Plz (Front End Cobra Parts)

Hey guys. I ran my car into a tree last night screwing around and I cried like a baby . It has alot of damage done to it in the front end. I have no insurance on it because it is way too much for a 18 year old. I wondering if any of you guys know someone who is parting out a cobra or a place I can look into to get the parts for it. I need just about everything on the front end. I would really appreciate any help or advice you guys give me. Thanks.

That sucks got to Prestige Mustang or MPS Auto Salvage. I have gotten parts from them before and they are awesome. Also make sure your frame isn't bent. I hate to refer to them but the Corral Classifieds have some cars parting out. Hope everything goes well and I'm glad your alright.

Thanks man . I think the frame is bent a little bit. Can that be bent back or does it have to be replaced?

Well.....if the frame is bent i'd say part it out.......you can take it to a shop post up pics and i'll be able to tell you for sure, but the frame shop will be your best alternative but thats $$$

This is how it went down. This was a pavement road with lots of curves around small lakes in a residential area. I was going from a friend's house who just moved there, so I wasn't too familiar with the roads. Going at a good pace, I came up on a slight curve and was fine. Next, I thought there was another slightly sharper curve, but it was a ninety degree turn. I wasn't sure how fast I was going cuz I put in new gears and hadn't fixed the speedo yet, but I hit the brakes, and cranked the wheel. My tires were pretty much bald (will post pics of them) so there wasn't much hope of the car gripping to turn. I flew over the curb and nailed a big cottonwood tree. End of story: I cried for like an hour over it because that car is my dream car.

Okay guys. The front fenders are moved back a little bit and slighty rubbing on the door panels. Is this because of a bent frame or because the radiator support was crushed in? Is there any other reason this could have happened? Oh, and I think the engine was shoved back a little bit, too. So that's because of a bent frame?
68 dlxcoupe- your advice was really helpful to me. Thank you so much for showing me those two sites.

I think the engine was pushed back

cracked rim

front passenger moved back

front driver moved back

is the radiator core support the reason why the front fenders are a little bit back?

Well think about this........if this is your dream car.....keep it and buy a beater and turn this into your dream car + more performance (not too much to handle though). I would keep it and the frame doesn't look bent to me. it looks like your going to need a new hood, new radiator support, fenders, rim, radiator, and maybe some front ned accessories. The engine doesnt looked pushed back. LMK if you have anymore questions.

Hey guys! Some small good news about the accident. Get this. The fricking bumper is perfectly fine except it needs a repaint from paint chipping. Nothing is broke or cracked on it! Don't ask how the heck it wasn't shattered to bits from the tree, but it's great cuz it's gonna save me 400-600 bucks!
