Factory alarm


I put all that money in my 96,And it never was the fuel pump or the filter.The darn alarm,On the dash thelight kept flashing sayinf theft theft...It would start but shut right off. So do i take it to the dealer or what can i do to get this darn alarm off to get my car started??? I lost the key and had 2 made, But they dont have the chip on them..Any help??

go to the dealership and get a key with the module in or try to find one on the internet or something and have them program the key to your car, by the way bring your registration with you so that you can show proof of ownership.

i second that. you have to have the chipped key. go get one from the dealer. ive heard they're not cheap. the chip on the one you get has to match the one in the alarm control box.
