CEL from runnin lean
Took it to a shop to see what teh check engine light was all about, dude said bnak 12 and bank 22 show lean. any info on what this mean/what I should do about this? any help will be repped

first off im wondering why they didnt tell you anything other than the codes, what kinda help is that? secondly im starting to wonder if these years are famous for this...did he tell you the exact code they threw out? usually with running lean, it has to with either the injectors not pulsing, or being blocked or a bad one or two. OR it could be a bad o2 sensor telling the system to run lean! im going through the same issue kind of and mines turned into detonation, so watch out and get this fixed asap. running lean is very bad for the motor!

Run some fuel system cleaner. Clean the MAF sensor.
Take out the injectors and make sure there not clogged. Get some new o2 sensors. Seafoam it. Then see what happens

i'd do the seafom before cleaning the injectors, cuz like it my case he could end up having to do it again if the seafom breaks something big away!

seafoam...motor treatment? gotit will pick some up tomorrow as well as MAF cleaner.
