Cobra Clutch

OK, I just joined because it looks like this is a pretty active forum.
I need a clutch because I just put a Kenne Bell on.
I have been doing a lot of reading about different clutches. The more I research it, the more frayed my decision becomes. Is there anyone out there that has experienced a few different clutches?
Smooth engagement and good grip!!

How much power are you making. Paln on taking it to the track on slicks?

Call walt or Wally at ProMotion Powertrain . They will set you up with a clutch that will suit your needs.

I have one of thier custom single disks in my 677rwhp 96 and it has held up to many passes and hard launches on slicks. They are also soft hitting clutches that are not hard on drivetrain parts. Dont over clutch your car!

It's got 400 hp right now. I still have the stock short block.
One day I will go with some different heads and pistons so I can after cool it.
I would like to see 500 at the wheels. Yes, I would use slicks if I go to the track. I don't drive it much anymore. Just to go out and have fun.

i ran a super king cobra from promotion, and loved the hell out of it. if you are looking into mods down the road, call promotion and they will lead you in the right direction. i have ran the KC, super KC, spec, and loved the spec clutches. i hated the centerforce car i drove, and know a couple guys that like the zoom.

The 11" Centerforce dual friction and fidanza aluminum flywheel have been friendly without and with boost in my car.

Sorry about being gone so long.
Thanks for the input.
I wouldn't change the heads if I could after cool it with them.
Has anyone had any experience with McLoed clutches?
