Thanks for the input guys...

Well, I got a 96 GT Convertible in excellent condition (62k miles, clean exterior/interior full power) for $6k. Just got it through MD inspection and tagged on Friday. Yeah, it does feel a lot slower, but i cant stand stock vehicles so it wont be slow for long. Already looking into upgrading rear first ( going with 31 spline minimum), then working on trans (currently have a 4r70w) and drive shaft while building up a motor for boost to go with a twin turbo system (Hellion).

My srt was putting down well over 500 whp (t67 turbo, fully built motor by Drummond Race Cars) as a daily driver with no problems until I hit black ice one night and went into a ditch breaking the bed plate.

The sad thing about this car right now is that my friends stock Yaris can keep up with it for the first 2 gears, then I start pulling away slowly when he hits 3rd gear.

It's just so sad how slow the npi 4.6 motor cars are in stock form.
