lol im just giving you shit..cams aren't easy to install one, if you have windsor style heads, cuz your timing chain cover has to come off..but two in your case, with probably stock car, and an automatic. you have to spend alot of money to upgrade your cams. you really are probably best bet to land yourself a set of stage 1 cams..as far as i know no need for a stall upgrade..but your going to need a tune if im right if you dont already have a programmer

that 278H cam 97s281 offered if im right is the biggest 2v off the shelf cams comp sells..and may require piston work to fit, plus valve springs and other stuff..probably even to big for my pi intake, pi heads, a little nitrous for now til i can do a procharger or a smaller turbo.

Hey it's funny you mentioned having your pistons notched I have been working on a 96 gt I recently purchased, and my mechanic told me the pistons were notched is that not normal ?

No, that's not normal. Your pistons should have a dish, but they shouldn't be notched unless the previous owner had it done for some reason.

I have the comp 270 comp came in my stroker. Mines a 5 speed and it bucked like a rabbit till I got my gears so if your getting a cam that big u will need the converter or your car will buck bad at low rpms from the cam lope.
