The shop said they have checked the pats, the injectors, fuel lines, they said the car runs real good n carburator cleaner and that soemthing elctronically is telling the fuel pump to shut off every 1 min 30 Sec exactly

if you have stock fuel rails, there is a port you can hook a guage to and check your fuel pressure at the fuel rail....you should have about 20-30 psi with the key turned on, and the pressure should stay there until 15-30 min after you turn the key off. if you dont have pressure or the pressure fluxuates, the fuel pump is no good or you filter or the fuel lines are blocked, could also be the sending unit on the fuel pump. also check your inersia switch in the trunk.

had that happen before and the fuel pressure regulator was bad
got a fuel rail from a 97 with the removable regulator
any new news on the car yet?

well i dont know anything about the newer mustangs but i had my 90 mustang gt for 13 years now and one subject never came about is the fuel pump relay, on my 90 is on the bottom driver side seat. hope it could be that and good luck
