i have seen people paint their intakes, ford blue is popular
also titanium was popular your on the right track though once its out of the box its nice and clean  dont have to worry about degreasing and all that fun stuffnot sure how long it lasts though. |

i wouldnt bother painting it. just takes one slip of the hand when youre working under there to scratch that paint off. black is sleek, low key, and very sexy - especially when it doesnt have coolant spraying all over it

i have a can of ford blue and a can of titanium... idk which one to do haha
anywaysssssss the kit came in today and it looks good. its all going on saturday

i need some help! i cracked my intake manifold i believe and need some help! Im almost positive its the manifold because i took the alternator off and saw it the radiator fluid coming from the intake manifold. I have a few questions for you and sorry if theres alot but i really love my mustang and i really need some help! where can i get new gaskets? should i get a new thermostat to run at 180? what parts of a PI swap can i do since im already replacing the gaskets and manifold? can you help me with some links and possibly prices or what you would do? i would like as much information as possible! im really upset and feel awful right now... thanks guys |

you saying i should use a PI manifold?
is that a direct replacement? what do you think about a aluminum crossover manifold? thanks for the quick response! |

I dont really know the difference in them Ive never done the swap either, the guy who had mine before me supposedly did it though lol. Im sure somebody will chime in and help. Theres lots of people on here who know lots of information. Welcome To MM btw.
