how much is this worth?
1994 mustang cobra standard trans body good condition as well as interior 120,xxx miles flaws:needs camshaft replaces,gasket,few seals,an ac pulley?.? how much is it worth in that condition they guy said he will fix it and sell it for 3k |

make sure you can trust the guy and try to get underneath it and check for leaks and the rear end and where the driveshaft goes into the transmission

Sounds like a very good deal. Cobras around the Memphis area go for 7-8k easily. 5k for ragged ones. Just make sure they seem trustworthy enough to do the work.
