weird noise

hopefully i can get some help but i doubt it given its one of those hard to explain situations lol, today i was driving and i was getting on my mustang and when i punched it in first gear it made a loud roaring noise and it felt strange. my cousin was in the passenger seat and he said everytime i got on it he felt something under his feet. i checked my downpipes on my h pipe and they arent rubbing... if anyone knows anything or experienced this please let me knoww im scared to punch it now lol

It could be a bad u joint on the driveshaft, more than likely that is what it is. Fix it before you do more damage.

My guesss would be a broken motor mount

To check the motor mount, put it in gear while you have the emergincy brake pulled. Have some one look at the engine to see if it is twisting when the engine is under a load. But in my opinion, it is a bad U joint. Mine does the same sometimes, and have been trying to pin point it and turns out that the U-joint makes a lot of sence.
