4.6 truck motor

i was looking around on craigslist & come across a 4.6
for 150 bucks out of a 97 f150. It has almost 200k on it, has a leaking head gakset.

It has an 8 bolt flywheel, also was mated to a standard trans. Im thinking about buying it and freshen up the bottom end. Where can i find an 8 bolt auto flywheel, Im also guessing this is a windsor motor?
thanks

4.6 ford engine
