Headers on Cobra

Is it possible to install LT headers on my car without pulling the engine?
I've been told that taking out the K member will work, but aren't the engine motor mounts on it?

youll need a lift and you will have to hang the engine from above with a special tool that supports the engine while the k member is out.If you cant come up with one of those its nothing a 6by6 and a chain cant handle
