no, use 1999 to 2001 PI intake gaskets.... 2002 up have a "reduced" coolant port that slows-down coolant flow and they are twice the price of the 99-01 intake gaskets..... here's a list of Ford parts for the intake swap; PI intake gasket YL3Z-9439-BA upper plenum O ring XR3Z-9L437-BA water pump O-ring F1VY-8507-A coolant nipple F75Z-8555-AA coolant tube XR3Z-18B402-AA alt brkt (pre 99) F8AZ-10153-EA alt brkt, 99 up wth all plastic intake XR3Z-10153-BC alt brkt, 99 up wth aluminum x-over 1R3Z-10153-AA thermostat O-ring F1VY-8255-A 180* thermo XL3Z-8575-AA thermostat housing bolts N811011-S309
