All casper did in that how to was the intake, so maybe 20 horsepower. But if you buy the whole set up that is on ebay then you can gain up to 55 horsepower.

yeah all that was is the intake, but i never got it dyno'd after. This weekend or next im putting in my PI cams. So im making the write up soon. Then im gettng it dyno'd after. With small amount of bolt ons i was at 226/291. Now i have PI cams, pI intake, plenum and tb and JLT CAI. So it will be a bit higher.

yeah its ok. sometimes i dont read the post all the way either.

but yes i will have step by step and pictures. Because i know doing something without any help sucks, you should see me try to do simple html on the computer. I look like a retard. So yeah it will be up soon. I cant wait either

I have a very good trick to doing stage 1 cams, and it involves special tools. But you can buy it. So just wait for the How-to and you'll be all set.

I am getting my PI intake shipped out tommarow or Monday!! It came off of a 02 GT so it has the aluminum cross over!! 3 quick questions! Casper when I tap for the 2nd coolant temp sensor how do I keep the metal shavings from going into the coolant crossover? Also where is the 1st coolant temp sensor? Is it on the intake or more towards the radiator? And third What is the DPFE sensor? Thanks and if I have any more questions I will ask! I might even get a before and after dyno just to see what I gained!!

The crossover is bolted to the intake, just take it off.

They are both on the crossover

DPFE sensor is a box, usually grey and has 2 metal pipes commg off from it and the rubber hoses go to the EGR pipe.

I have tapped oil pans, heads, rear ends...pretty much everything

If you wanna be real careful, take youre Tap and get some wheel bearing grease and put it in the area of the tap of the empty space. Fill that thing full of grease. Then when you tap the grease will push up and it wont fall in.

And thats Mr.Caspers Tip of the day

Okay sounds good! Just to get this straight there is already on temp sensor on the PI intake in the same place as the NPI and then I will just tap for the other? Thanks and will my computer have to learn the new intake and make it run differently for a few minutes?

I definatly will! I am looking forward to getting it on! I dont know but I might not get it on until after schools out the 17th of may! I also am thinking that I will get some before and after 1/4 mile times! But then again the times without the PI intake will be my first time at the track actually racing so the times will probably be flawed! Hell who knows I might find the urge to get a before and after dyno!
