yea man its 6039889576 if your nipple doesnt have a o ring on it I would try to see if you could slip the rubber hose over the plastic one. That would be my best bet!

1997 you need a new coolant nipple. The 1998 is the only year you can reuse the nippple. I have done 2 swaps one 96 and other 97. I used some hose from the hardware store and clamped it to the nipple. Still going as of now. So it held ok.

Yeah that is what I am planning on doing! Maybe I should buy the new nipple though just incase. What is your opinion on this?

they work, but u havto buy the whole livernois kit in order for it to work under the stock hood. livernois modified the intake to where it will fit under the stock hood with the adaptor plates . i just wish i could get mine to seal right

Anyone have pictures of there tapped pi intake?
When using the silicone on the pi gaskets i just put the silicone under the gasket, between the gasket and the head, around the coolant ports?
Is this all i need....
PI intake /w alum crossover and pi gaskets, pi coolant tube w/ nipple, feul rail disconnect tool, alternator brackets, that toyota silicone shit, a tap and 3/18 drill for taping the crossover...anything else...I will be doing this as soon as school lets out just gathering my parts now.

Okay so I am having trouble finding a tap that is 3/8 x 18. there are apperently two different types. I am including a chart in this post to see which one I need and then maybe if anybody had a clue where I might beable to buy them! And ACE hardware doesnt have any 3/8 x 18 taps (i checked during break)! Thanks man!
