96 2v supercharge
So i just went back to a 96 mustang as my daily driver coming from a Z28 and 03 GT. The 96 is considerably slower then both and i want to put a charger on it. I was wondering how much of a power increase to expect on the crank and wheel. The only modifications the car with have besides the charger r a custom computer tune, for obvious reason, hi flow cats, pulley's and 3.55 in the rear.

With just those mods I would guess around 340 at the flywheel with a centrifugal, maybe 360 with a roots. Just a rough guesstimate.

i thought root blowers dont put out at all as much as a centrifugal chargers??look at the 03 04 cobra it onlyh got a 90 horsepower gain

either a kennebell for roots type or a procharger for centrifigal .No oil
lines to deal with and are pretty easy to install

The roos style SC will build boost quicker than the centrifical because there is less area to build boost in. From what I understand the centrifical SC is safer for motors that arent built for boost aplications.
