looking at a 97 gt 4.6l auto


was wondering what kind of 1/4 mile time it would run and it is stock also what kind of hp am i looking at im buying it for 2500 is that a good deal i think so whats your guys input?

Probobly a 15.1 or so.

I love mine to death...mines a tad quicker though..

yeah it will probly run a 15 or higher stock, even with full bolt ons i only ran a 14.4 with 3.73 gears. I love my auto also just punch it and go!

It all depends on the condition of the car man. How many miles? Interior quality, exterior condition, Mechanically sound? NEED MORE INFO MAN!

from 94-98 same HP and 1/4 times since theyre NPI. BUT 99-04 you have the PI motor which is a SIGNIFICANT time difference between the NPI. Either way i would never waste the money on an AUTO V8(unless im a chick ofcourse )

1) 94-95 Have 5.0s
2) Im pretty sure 98s had atleast 10 more HP then the 96-97, not that its alot but it is more.
3) Nothing wrong with an Auto Mustang.
