transmission mount?

i have a small problem. when i come to a stop i can hear a pop or the sound of something shifting near the transmission. the same occurs when i let the clutch out to begin moving forward again. also i can see my shifter moving slightly back and forth during this sometimes. and when cruising it seems to be bouncing up and down slightly.

i need a new throwout bearing, i do know that, but i dont really think that its that, its more of a popping sound than a squel.

Well put in a new throw out bearing and see if that fixes it. It sounds to me that it is a bad throw out. I could be wrong and its really hard to tell without me seeing it and hearing it.
